Rent a bike from us

We offer quality bicycles from various brands. We have selected a few different base models for different purposes, so that you can choose the bicycle that suits you. We arrange everything related to bicycles for you, your guests, or your company. The bicycles we rent are suitable for many different purposes, and we have city bikes, city hybrids, touring bikes, gravel bikes, fat bikes, children’s bikes, and electric bikes in all sizes.
You can also receive maps and suggestions for cycling tours. We show you the small roads along the water and point out the nicest cafés and most important sights.

PERSONAL SERVICE
Our passion for cycling guarantees our customers personal and excellent service. We who work at Rent a Bike Halmstad are passionate about cycling, and we always try to accommodate your wishes. We are happy to share and tell you about our favorite cycling routes. We have cycling maps that cover both Halmstad and the entire Kattegattleden. Our goal is to be Kattegattleden’s best bicycle rental service.

City/Touring 7 speed

1 Day – 300:-
From day 2 – 200:-/day

E-bike 7-9 speed

1 Day – 700 SEK
From day 2 – 700 SEK/day

Touring 18-27 speed

1 Day – 400 SEK
From day 2 – 300 SEK/day

FAT BIKE

1 Day – 600 SEK
From day 4 – 500 SEK/day

Terms & Conditions

There is always a standard lock on the bike (does not apply to MTB and FATBIKE) and one extra lock per 1–2 bikes so that the bikes can be locked together for additional security. The customer renting the bike(s) is responsible for returning them in the same condition as at the time of rental. In the event of theft of rented items, the purchase value of the item will be charged, which you can then claim through your travel or home insurance. The bike must always be locked for insurance and theft protection to apply, and you must provide us with a police report as well as the keys.

Loss or damage of bike accessories:
Standard extra lock / key: 100:-
Key for standard lock: 350:-
Helmet: 200:-
Bike basket: 250:-
Bike bag: 300:-
If you get a puncture or something else is wrong with the bike, return it to us and you will receive a new one in exchange. For those cycling the Kattegattleden, we will try to meet up with you as soon as possible to fix or replace the bike.

Cancellation policy:
• More than 7 days in advance: no charge
• Between 7 and 3 days in advance: 50%
• Less than 3 days in advance: 100%
• The applicable time for cancellations is 12:00 noon
